I do not sell, trade, or otherwise share your personal information, such as name, email address, physical address, phone numbers, buying history, etc. without your permission. Your information stays here. You do not have to worry about receiving unsolicited email from other companies or individuals as a result of shopping on my website.
I do, on occasion, send out an email announcement to inform my customers when I add a major new feature to my website, or to inform of a new sale; once again, those email addresses are not shared with anyone else. I want to be sure that you, the customer, are fully satisfied with your purchase from Elaine's Jewelry, and I encourage you to ask any questions you might have if you are unsure about a particular piece. After purchase, if you are not completely happy with an item, or the jewelry isn't what you expected it to be, I will accept the return of the item for a full refund (less shipping charges) within 14 days of receiving your shipment from Elaine's Jewelry. However, I regret that custom orders cannot be returned unless defective or damaged in shipping. I am always willing to discuss options and try to work out problems, so please contact me if you have any questions, before or after your order!

Shipping
Within the US, shipment is done via USPS, for which I charge a flat rate based on the dollar amount of the order, from a low of $2.00 to a maximum of $8.00. To add shipping insurance, or upgrade to Express Mail, please email me. For international orders, please contact me before placing an order from outside the US, and I will calculate the appropriate shipping method and charges. Most items will ship within three days of order, and I will notify you by email when they go out.
