Important Note

Most of my jewelry pieces are truly one-of-a-kind, others I have multiples of, and yet others I can make another on request. Please contact me before ordering more than one of any item. I will do my best to remove a one-of-a-kind item from the website as soon as it is ordered, but please bear with me if you end up placing an order for the same item at the same time as someone else. I will do my best to work with you to create a similar item where possible. In addition, if you have any resizing requests or see something very close to, but not exactly, what you'd like, don't hesitate to ask me about it! My goal is to make you happy with a piece of jewelry that is unique and truly your own.

Privacy

At Elaine's Jewelry I take privacy very seriously. To help ensure your privacy, I use the most up-to-date encryption technology to keep your personal information as secure as possible. This includes your billing, credit card, and account information; none of this can be read as it travels to our system.

I do not sell, trade, or otherwise share your personal information, such as name, email address, physical address, phone numbers, buying history, etc. without your permission. Your information stays here. You do not have to worry about receiving unsolicited email from other companies or individuals as a result of shopping on my website.

I do, on occasion, send out an email announcement to inform my customers when I add a major new feature to my website, or to inform of a new sale; once again, those email addresses are not shared with anyone else. Returns

I want to be sure that you, the customer, are fully satisfied with your purchase from Elaine's Jewelry, and I encourage you to ask any questions you might have if you are unsure about a particular piece. After purchase, if you are not completely happy with an item, or the jewelry isn't what you expected it to be, I will accept the return of the item for a full refund (less shipping charges) within 14 days of receiving your shipment from Elaine's Jewelry. However, I regret that custom orders cannot be returned unless defective or damaged in shipping. I am always willing to discuss options and try to work out problems, so please contact me if you have any questions, before or after your order!

Shipping

Within the US, shipment is done via USPS, for which I charge a flat rate based on the dollar amount of the order, from a low of $2.00 to a maximum of $8.00. To add shipping insurance, or upgrade to Express Mail, please email me. For international orders, please contact me before placing an order from outside the US, and I will calculate the appropriate shipping method and charges. Most items will ship within three days of order, and I will notify you by email when they go out.
